​Salt Barn Farm joined the Dutch Spotted Sheep Society in 2021. Having seen the breed at The Great Yorkshire Show, we decided to take the plunge and bought our first breeding females. We then became MV Accredited so that we could show and sell at pedigree sales.
 
The reason we love Dutch Spotted Sheep is because they are easy on the eye, have a great temperament, easy lambing, fantastic mothers, have a wonderful carcass and finish easily. They also make a cracking cross on commercial sheep (e.g. Mules).
 
We often have stock for sale

​Besides selling pedigree tups (rams) and ewes for other Dutch Spotted breeders, we have also supplied tups for crossing on commercial flocks.
